About Albacastor Technology
Albacastor Technology Limited was founded in 2019. The company sees that environmental pollution is becoming more significant. The problem of oil fume emission in Hong Kong’s catering industry must be treated correctly. Also, the number of complaints received by restaurants is also increasing. Thus, our company developed Uvent-UVC Kitchen Hood in 2020.
The company has a modern factory with an area of more than 60,000 square feet, equipped with multiple high-precision laser cutting machines, Japanese CNC punching machines, automatic machine tools and other high-precision machines to ensure that the products maintain excellent quality, therefore customers could have more confidence in us.
Through continuous R&D and promotion, the company has now installed products for several local restaurant brands, help them reduce receiving complaints due to oil fume emissions. Our vision is to bring safer, more efficient and more environmentally friendly products to the catering industry through continuous innovation and grinding technology, and to create a clean and sustainable society together.
Different from overseas brands, Uvent—Ultra-high efficiency UVC oil mist Removing and Deodorizing Hoods are developed based on the complex environment of Hong Kong's catering industry, which is sufficient to eliminate oily fume caused by Chinese, Western, and international dishes under high air volume. In addition, Albacastor Technology is funded by City University of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Science and Technology Park, as well as the strong support of MIT Hong Kong Innovation Node, which facilitates the company’s scientific research capabilities and becomes the only local manufacturer approved by the Hong Kong Environmental Protection Department and the Hong Kong Electrical and Mechanical Services Department.
