Albacastor Technology Limited was founded in 2019. The company sees that environmental pollution is becoming more significant. The problem of oil fume emission in Hong Kong’s catering industry must be treated correctly. Also, the number of complaints received by restaurants is also increasing. Thus, our company developed Uvent-UVC Kitchen Hood in 2020.
The company has a modern factory with an area of more than 60,000 square feet, equipped with multiple high-precision laser cutting machines, Japanese CNC punching machines, automatic machine tools and other high-precision machines to ensure that the products maintain excellent quality, therefore customers could have more confidence in us.
Different from foreign brands, Uvent is developed based on the complex environment of Hong Kong's catering industry. It is capable of eliminating fumes caused by Chinese, Western, and international cuisines at high air volume.
In addition, our company is fortunate to be jointly incubated by City University of Hong Kong and Hong Kong Science Park, and strongly supported by MIT Hong Kong Innovation Node, which has further enhanced our research and development capabilities and made us the only local manufacturer recognized by the Hong Kong Environmental Protection Department and the approved supplier by the Hong Kong Electrical and Mechanical Services Department.

Since 2019, Albacastor has been producing products that treats oil fume emissions and ventilation systems for any situations along with an IoT system for easy monitoring.
